Lovely Hazel Atlas Cobalt Blue Candy or Nut Bowl with metal stand.  The pattern is called “Fancy” and was produced in 1929.  The bowl is 4 Ύ” in diameter at the rim and is in very good condition, with a tiny pinhead size chip in one of the ruffles at the top of the bowl.  The chip is detectable only by touch, and you really have to search for it.  The metal stand shows minor signs of age (see photos).  Overall, a beautiful piece.
