To
what countries does Colbertini
™
Glass ship merchandise?
We ship only within the United States.
What
is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping is determined by the item or items purchased.
We will email shipping cost for your order with your order confirmation. We combine
shipping of items from an order with multiple items destined for the
same address and ship via FedEx Ground, when possible, to
reduce your shipping costs.
Will
my package be insured?
All packages are insured, unless otherwise stated. The insurance
fee is included in the shipping quote.
How
do you determine the condition of items?
We strive for consistent grading to give you accurate information about our
products.  Most of the items that we sell are in excellent condition. Noted imperfections are
described in detail.
Are
all products on the website available?
We update the website daily to keep item availability as current as
possible. There may be times when an item that you’re considering
has been purchased during the day, as the update typically occurs in
the evening. Just contact us, and we will check the item’s
availability for you.
Why are all sales
final?
All sales
are final, because of the fragile nature and limited availability of
the items that we sell. Most of the glass on our website is in
excellent condition. We are extremely conservative in our ratings.
If we notice a flaw, we downgrade an item to “very good” condition.
Some items, like kitchen ware, often show signs of use. We describe
signs of use and imperfections, and grade items accordingly. We
take care in our selections, and would happily display any of these
items on our shelves. Please see our customer feedback.
