We will send an email after we receive your order to
confirm item availability, total amount due including
shipping and tax (shipment to Illinois addresses require
Illinois sales tax) and our mailing address.
The confirmation helps resolve
rare cases of near-simultaneous orders for the same item
and allows us to calculate shipping based on your
order. Once you receive confirmation, please mail
payment for your order or contact us at 847-757-1110 to
pay for your purchase with a credit card.
We will
reserve items in the confirmation email for 10
business days awaiting receipt of payment. If
payment is not received within the 10 business days,
the item(s) will be re-listed for sale.
We ship to the 50 United
States, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada,
Australia and Japan. Please email for shipping quotes
and payment options.
Domestic
Payment and Shipping:
We
accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks (issued by
US banks) payable in US funds. We also accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card
issued by US banks; sorry, but we only accept
domestic credit cards. All domestic packages for US
48 are shipped insured via FedEx Ground unless
otherwise requested. Packages shipped to Alaska,
Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are
shipped via US Postal Service.
International Payment and Shipping:
The
accepted form of payment for Canada, Australia and
Japan is International Postal Money Order payable in
US funds to Colbertini Glass. Sorry, but we only
accept domestic credit cards issued by US banks.
International packages are shipped via US Postal
Service.
